Customer Account Coordinator - Direct Hire

Job Description

Job Duties:

* Create, update, and maintain customer accounts within the company ERM system, ensuring complete and accurate data.

* Generate daily invoices in alignment with shipment activity.

* Upload invoices and manage purchase orders through multiple customer and vendor portals.

* Support business-to-business customer service needs, assist with collections efforts, and provide occasional help to purchasing and accounts payable teams.

* Enter sales orders and monitor order status via phone, fax, and email communication.

* Process advance payments, apply credit holds, and release orders as appropriate.

* Organize and file sales orders and documentation for proper record retention.

* Serve as the primary front-desk contact, answering incoming calls and greeting visitors (with minimal foot traffic).


Requirements:

* Minimum of two years of experience working within customer service, sales, or both!

* Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Prior experience supporting a sales team is highly preferred.

* Familiarity with MRP/ERP platforms required; experience with the Made-to-Manage system is a significant advantage.

* Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

* Highly organized, deadline-driven, and able to manage multiple tasks with strong attention to detail.

* Professional, customer-focused team player with a positive, collaborative mindset.

* Pay Range: $24-$29/hr.

* Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM

* Location: Eagan - 100% onsite

* Type: Direct Hire
